Face of Caring – National Nurses Month – May 2021
Between May 6 and 12, Cassia is celebrating National Nurses Week and would like to introduce you to Licensed Practical Nurse Tanya Fratzke. She has worked 24 years in skilled nursing at Milaca Elim Meadows in Milaca, Minnesota. “Tanya is a dedicated staff member who began as a registered nursing assistant and then a licensed practical nurse. She never complains and is always willing to do what is needed! That includes being willing to pick up extra shifts,” says Director of Nursing Elaine Johnson.
“I enjoy going to work every day because I enjoy what I do and love seeing residents and co-workers,” says Tanya. “Nursing is about team work and I’ve got a great group of team workers”
