At Milaca Elim Meadows Healthcare Center, gratitude shows up in meaningful ways every day. Our activity department recently asked residents what they are most grateful for, and their answers say a lot about the strength of our senior living community.

The top response was simple and powerful: life itself.

Lord, help us to be quick to see beauty in a difficult day. Help us see opportunities to bring kindness to others. Help us to offer patience for unexpected interruptions. And in all things Lord, help us be grateful that you’ve given us today. We give thanks for it. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
